Youth Sports Performance
Our Youth Sports Performance program is designed as a complete strength and conditioning program for young athletes. This training helps athletes improve reaction time, get to the ball quicker, move up/down/across the court/field effortlessly, hit harder and jump higher.

Class Focus:
- Mechanics Running /Jumping mechanics to move more efficiently
- Speed Improve linear and lateral acceleration
- Agility Learn change of direction, body positions and footwork
- Plyometrics Upper and lower body to build an explosive athlete, allowing them to throw/kick/swing faster, jump higher, and move quicker
- Strength & Power  Strength training helps athletes produce and absorb more force, enabling them to hit harder, jump higher, decelerate quickly and lessen the chance of impact injuries.

This class is capped at a 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio to ensure quality instruction, technique, and safety. This program is a long-term athletic development plan designed to provide results and lasting habits that produce a better athlete.

June 2 - July 28th (closed July 7th)

Training Day/Time
Level 1: Sun @ 5 - 5:45pm (grade 5th-6th in '24/25 school year)
Level 2: Sun @ 6 - 7pm (grade 7th-9th in '24/25 school year)
